I learn a lot where I'm at. But I think the thing that will keep me there is the good people I see. Almost everyone in this town goes there. They still seem to be holding out hope that people will eventually be desperate enough to pay bills that they'll come crawling back to their shitty, low-paying job. What they fail to realize is that when your job doesn't actually cover those bills, there's no point in working there at all. So now the go-to strategy is to gaslight workers by calling them lazy and entitled. Anything to get around cutting into their profits. --- I have nothing else to say ... Copied to Clipboard!

Because they're not losing money. They're making fewer people do more work and customer complaints can be responded to with "sorry but covid and also nobody wants to work!!!!"
