I've always wondered about the sterility of lab grown meat. I'm gonna assume that ideally, all lab grown meat produced will be completely sterile. I would eat this and I'm excited for it, but the tech is so far behind that we won't see this for at minimum 5 years, realistically 10 years. As of right now, a burger patty costs about $125k to make. Right now, everyone in this industry is trying to find a way to mass produce their process. It's a step in the right direction, but it's going to be a very long time before we see this at the grocery store and even longer until it's cheaper than farm raised beef. --- Am I going too hard? ...
