I was not happy with my play at all aside from a few moments in each set. I came back from deficits on paper twice, but ideally would like to not fall so far behind.

I felt like I was dead even with Ermine most of the time and just kept making crucial mistakes, and I know I'm dead even with you KP but our set didn't reflect that at all.

I definitely have a ton of respect now for guys who run streams while they're going through bracket because it's super tough to focus on all of that at once.

Next time I'll hopefully be more prepared and things can go more smoothly. I'm thinking I'd like to start at 9:30 next time but I know that's gonna have people being awake way later. Could mitigate this by having round one be best of three but I feel like best of 5 is better for smaller tournaments like ours.

That said, I had SO MUCH FUN streaming. I only had max 9 viewers but it's so great interacting with the chat and it was great for me to get feedback in real time. Was also nice to be able to help Ermine's friend watch, and when people couldn't spectate the later matches they could just jump on my stream to do.

Can't wait to have a better layout on the stream next time!

Can I get around the music copyright issue by just... playing music straight from Ultimate? There are enough bangers on that that if I just make a playlist in game it covers hours and hours of time lmao

You 2 stocked my Shulk in that set and my Ike later in friendlies. It's just the Robin giving you trouble, and all those matches went down to last stock last hit, or close to it. I think you're misremembering how the set went overall because the very last stock was a big comeback on my part - overall the games were close.

The Duck Hunt Shulk matches were neat. And goddamn my muscle memory as him sucks. Like, I remember what each art does but you quick swap so much better than I can, so used to the "mash x times" from 4.

Fair enough, I guess I'm just frustrated coz I went 1-2 again like last week. Next week I will prepare much better for both the stream and the matches.

If you do wanna change the stream layout, the placement of the chat on the screen obscured a bit of the fighting action (especially the launch minimap thing and some edgeguarding).
