When you are off your 7 days.. how do you go about adjusting your sleep schedule? Do you bother even adjusting it? Ive been doing his for about half a year. Im currently considering keeping my work sleep schedule everyday including off days but Im not sure if that is a good idea. That would mean I would go to be between 7-9am and wake up between 4-7pm.

I try to adjust my sleep schedule during my off week but I end up just taking a bunch of naps during my 7 days off. I never sleep 8 hours during that time. That might be the better option than practically never seeing daylight during winter though.

Sorry 7on-7 off is a really unusual shift. I'd spend half those days resting at home if that was my schedule off because of how tired I'd be.

Its actually not bad because Im very busy most of the night so I dont really get tired. I also get 7 days off in a row which is great
