Unless you have great genetics, abs are like the hardest thing to get showing because it is all dependent on bodyfat % I was doing 40 minutes of cardio, 45 minutes lifting, and eating 1600 calories/day to get to 9% bodyfat, and my abs still weren't showing like you see on instagram. --- Hello world! ...
