Like I've grown up around people in the exact same shape, from mothers who've aged pretty bad to counsellors I've seen. It's not healthy per se, but it is widespread. People get old and fat - lots of people, most people even, turn out like this. She's not an actress any more, she's chosen to live in anonymity and avoid the public gaze.
