Current Events > kind of feel like a bunch of binding of isaac items aren't showing up in game

I've had Epic Fetus unlocked since the initial launch of the game, and over a thousand runs of the latest expansion still haven't seen it pop up, and that includes a few broken runs with near infinite rerolls. Anyone else have this issue with the game with other items?
