Eh, fair enough. I typed it without really thinking but I can see why it's not a good look. Is what it is, the rest of the game should make it clear I'm one of the good guys.

Home stretch though and I'd like to hear from some of the people who have said and done basically nothing so far.

Don't want to go into it yet, but I don't know if my role and bodyguard would exist together. It's not impossible, but yeah, it's enough for me to edge more on the "this guy is scum" train.

Been trying to think how to ask this without fishing too much while sleeping. Is this a gameplay incompatibility thing or a balance thing?

So Mike, Death, and to a lesser extent Red have all tried to shift attention to someone else when they were being questioned, and to the same person at that. I obviously get why I'm the main focus today but hopefully someone noticed that?

I will admit, its not really a smart reaction from scum either. But I dont know why he wouldn't address the 'slip' as well. I do agree that the slip in itself is not terrible. I know I've done it as town too. But I would just laugh it off and explain myself.

I'm more and more confident on this Shonen lynch with every post. I'll be utterly shocked if this isn't a slam dunk.

Honestly, it was just what came to mind for me to say. There really was no double meaning or hidden intention behind it.

Explain why you said "and to the same person at that" if you were talking about Banana as far as I am concerned?

While that is a pattern I didn't notice, I dont think its that suspicious considering Banananor's output.
I wouldnt call it moving the topic to him though. Moreso moving Banananor to the topics at hand.

And a hidden/double meaning isn't what I'd call a potential slip like that. But thats besides the point.

This is difficult since knowing you only played 2 games does make me less cold about your initial reaction. But now there's the fact that Mike brought in.

Okay I read the past few pages back and red and death very offhandedly mention banana as coasting a couple pages ago which, I mean, he hasn't really given a single opinion other than his vote, so that's just fact, but I don't know if I'd call that "shifting attention" as much as it is just trying to stir up discussion.

It's not like the three of us were under any serious threat and needing to throw suspicion elsewhere to get out from under any microscopes.

I dunno, from here that doesn't seem like something worth pointing out. It is day 1, and between your claim and the slip, I'm definitely most comfortable with my vote where it is still.

Both Chris and Ulti seemed against this lynch but haven't really said or done anything for most of the second half of this day. I'd like to get some more thoughts from then and whether or not they've changed their minds.

This post gives me really bad vibes for two reasons.

A. Red's barely doing anything day 1 is fairly normal. Reg agreeing that anything day 1 is a "slam dunk" is not.
B. This feels like he's noncommittally nudging the Bat train.

Well okay because you asked me to..

Bat claimed BG. Red and me try to get him to explain himself further about his maybeslip, but he didnt really explain it to my satisfaction until now.
Ulti claims his role is something that could benefit from that and tells everyone to get off him.
Plum voted Bat as well because he thinks Bat rolled over.
Chris voted Plum because he voted a claimed protection role.(admittedly I forgot this happened)
Mike then revealed his role might sorta not exist alongside Bats (but he cannot be certain) but he still votes him.
Red asked Mike for more elaboration (while also saying he doesnt have to answer if he thinks he shouldnt). But Ulti voted Red because townred wouldnt rolefish at all.

Thats the major things I think

(Also I have no interest in a Mike lynch at this point in time anyway.)

Yeah putting aside my own feelings a Mike lynch is... probably not in the cards today.

Curiously, Ulti asked Red why he thought Isquen was town, but... Red never gave any indication he thought as such. In fact:

This is post 183... And it's pretty well a lie. Red spends a few posts either spiting the game for it's lack of activity or claiming to have done more for the game than he has.

He'd done two things up to this point, agree that banana is coasting (and he is), and call out Plum for posting without saying much.

Him throwing more dirt onto the Bat lynch on page 6 is the only quantitative thing he's actually done for the game.

I respect it! Also deadline is right when i start work so that's fun

Yes, I don't expect this to go anywhere, but this feels like heavily coasting scum that's said absolutely nothing all day and is avoiding both of the top lynches.

I was looking back to see if I saw any scum slips after the shonen slip of scum knowing he was town. I didn't really see anything, which makes me think shonen is still scum. Nobody immediately came to his aid sure he was town or anything like that.
