That seems incredibly dangerous. Like, compacted snow coming off a piledriver is not like being sprayed by a puddle.

I don't think this is racially charged since the audio doesn't indicate that and I don't think you could spot race in heavy snow like that.

But the driver and his friend are pretty stupid because you could send rocks among other things to those people at high speed like this dude:
