A correction in the story on the actual male student's age which was first said he was 20 today but he's in fact 22 today!!

The Former High School Teacher, 26 y/o Baylee A. Turner who had her charges dropped for having SEX with a student when she was 23 and he was 18 at a Missouri High School because they got MARRIED and had a BABY together as the Army Military Recruit REFUSES to testify against his wife which could send her 4 years in the big house and had to register as a sex offender.

In February 2019, she was a 23 y/o first year english high school teacher and was accused of sexual assault on an 18 y/o HELD BACK student!! He was held back a year after failing to receive the credits needed to graduate a year earlier and they pair met in the new school year

She had sexual intercourse and oral sex with him back at her house that lead to her resignation after the discovery and both admitted they had consensual sex on January 14-21 in 2019

They married just several months AFTER the sexual encounter in May 2019 and welcomed their first child in February 2020

Prosecutor Nate Dally said he had no choice but to drop the charges as they couldn't get him to testify agaist her and the case is now closed given his marital and spousal privilege

He is still not being named but tells dailymail that he loves Baylee with all his heart and has raised a family with her just before he enlisted to the military

Baylee is no longer teaching as it's unknown if she is currently employed.

What do you mean still? The victim was never pre-pubescent in the timespan of the story as you told it.

Even if he'd been 17, the issue was less one of pedophilia and more one of her being in a position of authority. That doesn't change with him being a year older.

It's dodgy but it's patently not pedophilia.

Like I said in the other topic, my biggest issue wasn't necessarily the age but the fact she was in a position of responsibility for him, which makes it wrong no matter what age he was.

And while I hope it works out for the two of them, it's not something that should have happened like that.

I don't think you know what the word means. As they are both adults how can she possibly be a paedophile? As others have said the biggest issue is she was his teacher.
