Mega man legend 3's "capcom test" was that community site they made that he talks about in the video. The site had a lack of participation from fans, thus the project was not greenlight. Darkstalkers went through a similar thing around the time after street fighter 4 came out. That darkstalkers ressurection release on the 360 and PS3 was that series' "test", and because this collection of old arcade games did not sell a certain insane amount (the game apparently sold pretty good since it's place on the PSN download lists was known) a brand new darkstalkers game with ono being at the helm did not get the go ahead. Remember that random onimusha port we got on the PS4 and other systems awhile back?.....yeah, that was supposedbly a test for the onimusha IP. They inexplicably kept him out of UMVC3, one of the interviewers even said something to the effect of "One of the first characters we identified as having nothing new or creative to bring to the game that people would like was MMX." They cancelled Mega Man Universe which I was more interested in too. A little while later bad box art MM got into SFxT to bury the character even further. Joke's on them though he had a glitch that let him win by timer scam in that game. There was some 3D FPS Mega Man prototype that got out after a while around the time. MMZX Advent ended with a preview of a game that was never made if you want to throw it on the pile. I hate when people have been waiting for games longer than I've been waiting for Viewtiful Joe 3. Matt sounds like a goon, which makes his jokes roll a little better, and his enunciation is unique. The idea of the amount of participants engaged on a specific Capcom forum to greenlight a title, I think Capcom didn't give a damn and was only giving lip service.
