Then he tells me we are in the the Netherworld when it is clearly a future version of Tokyo? Seems Aogami remembers there being a huge battle between light and darkness in Tokyo long ago that he was part of, but has no memory of it beyond that. For the most part, the game is pretty manageable but you may randomly wipe if enemies target the right party members or you get hit with a chain of random crits. I would append to this by saying that there are a lot of smaller stories in the game, where you get a look at the lives and aspirations of certain demons, many of which track to their own mythology. But for starters, just focus on staying alive. Get your demons. Mash them together to make new ones. Don't become too attached. Demons gain experience a lot more slowly than you. Illuminoius 02/09/22 10:34:56 PM #28:	the game has a significant level scaling mechanic, to the point that a lower levelled demon with much greater stats will take a lot more damage and deal a lot less damage than a demon that's four levels above it some demons are worth holding onto for extended periods of time so you can feed them grimoires or you can fuse them later with some miracles you find later it's always nice to carry some extra demons for some of the op magatsuhi skills or for specific cheese scenarios. taunt strats are very strong in this game <cite>Illuminoius posted [p:962517223] in Prepare to... Imagine if I introduced myself as Caucasian Cyric.
