Finally got to talk with an investigator. They'll pass the guy's info around to other precincts to find him. They'll also check public transit vids for the time after the attack. And then if that doesn't find him they will use the media. That'll probably flush the guy out.

So then, I guess now I get to wait and hope he ends up captured in the net.

I really hope they catch that asshole.

Yeah. If he did this unprovoked then who else has he done this to or worse? And besides, any woman beater is scum who needs to be punished harshly.

It's still there but mostly when I'm tired or laying back. Still have to be busy when I'm doing my patrol of the upper floors but I usually split that into 2 trips to begin with.

I did sleep on my left side a little yesterday though and it caused aching and a headache from where my face was against the pillow. So it's still obviously tender. Had to take painkillers for that even though I'd been fine without them the previous 2 days.

I had a bit of vertigo. In my case when I got up I start staggering when I get up from a sleeping position, but after a few seconds, it balanced out.

It was a neck muscle that somehow managed to get out of place badly enough to cause that.

It's pretty ridiculous how just one tiny thing being misaligned once can have ramifications for years even if the muscles regenerate just fine. :(

Last bump I guess since the month is almost over and I am mostly back to normal functionality.

Most of them are quacks who got virtually no medical training beyond "this is the spine!" and that's it. The number of stories I've heard of people getting a rib or their neck broken by one is pretty concerning. It does seem though like the better ones are the um Chinese practitioner kind that actually incorporates various degrees of force that's entirely controlled. None of that "lay on their back and drive your elbow full force" stuff that they teach those in those schools with technical degrees.

Yeah. Unless you know what you're doing, reckless force applied to the back and neck is dangerous. And even controlled force can cause breaks.

Yeah MI4 was really dumb for agreeing to do that and really lucky he didnt give her a life changing injury.

The human body really is an oddity. I had to get dental work a couple years ago and the dentist fixed a tooth that wasn't hurting and all the pain went away. He told me that some dental work can actually fix issues with pain in your back as some things are connected, which I definitely agree with.

Your body is like a machine. If parts are off, other parts are going to suffer.

It'll take awhile for the nose to recover and my breathing might need surgery. But I'm functioning mostly like normal. Glad to see you're back and yeah, I got a knife from a friend's collection in case I'm ever trapped again.
