But sometimes doing crazy shit like getting into biking and doing 8am group rides makes me question if its really worth it. YesI guess it is. I ran a half marathon in January in 34 degrees, and shedding layers was the way to go. Guess Ill wear bike shorts with climbing pants over them.(theyre tighter so they wont get caught in chain. Long sleeve shirt and wind proof jacket.
