The pics look a lot better than the actual game does, and the dialogue is super weird but also kind of hilarious.

"Sorry, no mail. Nobody loves you. Deal with it."

Seems like a textbook example of why small studios should keep their ambitions realistic.

An example of a game that if Nintendo or Squeenix put it out people would be creaming themselves over it every hour, but since it's an indie multiplatform it's mostly ignored for being cheap.

Nintendo wouldn't put out a game this unpolished. Even their outright bad games at least have polish.
