With like a spiky tail and some bat ears, I guess. Some sort of weaksauce manticore?

But definitely not a Cerberus with the three heads. And the series even have dog monsters with two heads. Which is not three, but definitely more Cerberusy than a single-headed white lion.

SMT usually portrays demons from how they were originally designed. iirc, Cerberus was originally depicted with 1 head. There is also a 3-headed version that was made for Soul Hackers and SMT 4, as well as a boss version in Digital Devil Saga 1

Dates back to SMT 1. There's a point early in the game where you can (and for story reasons, should) fuseyour dog with a demon, resulting in Cerberus (thus actually saves its life and stops it from dying later). The Cerberus design was made primarily to look like a souped-up version of your pet dog.
