Generally, they'll adjust your anniversary date to either the 28th or the 1st, in that case.

Or the software will crash. I had someone who kept trying to enter Feb 29th (of a non-leap year) as a date into their accounting software and it kept crashing. Took me a bit to figure out what was going on.
