I suppose we have to include Smash Bros right off the bat, as well as Power Stone and ARMS (hey, remember how that game existed for 2 seconds!?)

Rules: Has to have at least a Vs. mode, so sadly Punch-Out is punched-out, secondly by traditional fighting game I mean the type where you square off side to side in an attempt to deplete the opponent's health bar before the time runs out. This can include 3D movement such as the Naruto fighting games. The moveset doesn't even have to be that complex, as Divekick is very traditional despite only having 1 button.
