Yeah, I used to work at Target in my retail days and I think TLs started at like $2-3 more than team members? And they worked their asses off + often OT. They did waaaaay more work for very little more money.

It also says it's based of local markets. Meaning it's likely restricted to NY and Cali places that are expensive to live in.

Same at Home Depot. However, $24/hr plus overtime isn't that bad for a job that doesn't need a degree. 50K-60K depending on how much OT you can get. I'm actually in a weird spot at Home Depot where I could easily get 10-20 hours of OT a week if I wanted to. I usually get about 5 hours extra because I like coming in Saturday morning to work a half day while most people are sleeping in.
