Badly prepared meat is way worse than no meat.

Besides. Vegan cooking has come a very long way. Even vegans aren't pushy about as they used to be cause now it actually tastes good.

But life is such a bitch. I thought I've be dead by now. I literally scratched everything off my bucket list and banged way more folks than I ever planned. It just goes on and I can only write so many poems about the shire.

Needless extreme. Treating meat as a special occasion would still allow you to enjoy it while maintaining a healthy life.

That, and the "extra years" thing is often misinterpreted. The goal of a healthy diet extending functional health in your lifetime, being able to still do things unassisted and with minimal pain in old age, instead of the bloated half-dead carcasses you'd see at a Texas retirement home.
