Then don't text her again until she reaches out. Assume that she won't reach out, because she probably won't.

That is the most socially graceful thing to do, I think. It leaves the door open for her if she wants to resume things, but takes the onus of reaching out to reschedule off of you and allows you to move on to better things.

Yeah, that is unfortunately a thing. Sometimes men will become aggressive or violent towards women who reject them, and women are very aware of this, so they will often take measures to avoid the chance of that happening, even with men who don't otherwise seem to be dangerous.
