Totodile > Piplup > Squirtle > Quaxly > Sobble > Froakie > Oshawott > Mudkip > Popplio First and last were easy but the rest was insanely hard to rank. What an awesome group. Even Oshawott is like an A tier Pokemon for me. I usually pick the Water starter, so it makes sense. Even when I don't pick Water, it's usually because of the evolution (Piplup > Tortwig but Torterra > Empoleon). Popplio is the only failure. Quaxly I could easily see moving up as high as second. What a boss Totodile is my favorite starter overall (base form), so my actual vote was easy to make --- MZero, to the extreme I never saw azuarc coming, but he won the Guru! ... Copied to Clipboard!

Popplio isn't really girly, but its line gets hated on because its evolutions end up looking rather girly.
