He's been here for a few months and everyone hates him. He's rude, whiny, a constant downer, a terrible worker, a misogynist and a transphobe (and I don't throw those around all willy-nilly)

All he does is talk about how all women are stupid bitches and then asks why no one wants him, he's like some crazy incel, and I thought those were just exaggerations online, I legit think he could shoot up the place

No, but someone I didn't like was back in high school, someone once called me racist for not wanting to work with him. He smelled, was annoying, always was in my face, and if he actually did his work, it was lazy and not done right.

If you confront him about things he doubles down and just gets angrier. Also he definitely has rapey vibes, and I legitimately think he'll shoot up the place when he's had enough.
