Poll of the Day > I had a comical series of errors leaving my friends house yesterday

So I planned on drinking a little at my house, and I knew he had a tall can of Guinness Extra stout in his fridge thats been in there for months. He doesn't drink, so I asked him if I could steal it if I bought him a replacement(even though he doesnt drink much, he does drink like 5 beers a year). He said yes, so I take and leave.

On his back porch he is showing me a birds nest that just cropped up under the roof there. Looking at it, I drop the beer, it gets a tiny microscopic hole and shoots beer with force out of it.

I felt like an idiot, BUT I did something worse. We picked it up, he said it wasnt a big deal, blah blah.

Leaving his porch I forget about the third step down, so I do something I haven't done in years: I wiped out. Dropped a box of non breakables on his sidewalk, glasses go flying, I hit my knee and bang my head(fairly gently) off his pavement.

I feel fine. Actually, while I don't want to fall like that again the adrenaline rush almost reminded me of being a kid/teen wherein you get banged up far more before you do far more things that can cause injury....I'd say that was not actually that bad because it did give me that small rush.

But yeah, pretty comical I do say, leaving my buddies house.
