The longer you look the worse it gets. The stars are all misshapen and not symmetrical the letters are uneven and look different even though they're mostly the same. The whole thing is off from the background.

You seem to have some weird fixation on the guys tattoo. This is like this fifth time Ive seen you flip out over it. Not to mention that its sort of sketchy that you would have that photo saved to your pictures.
