He has also admitted to protecting older accounts with equally as BS reasoning. IMO it should be (dependant on offence of course) 3 warns = you now get suspended. 3 Suspensions = a ban. Once youre on the suspend train youre on it for a year meaning no warnings as you go straight to a suspention for a serious offence. From what's been stated by moderators not too long ago, you have to mark quite a lot of posts in order for the mods to consider you to be spamming the queue. As for ban protection, well... despite the mods comments on "we don't consider who the user is" some people absolutely are punished more or less severely than others. The real question is whether or not Machete had employed this particular tactic on other people in the past without consequence and was only punished THIS time because the target was a mod protected user like gwwak as opposed to someone like you or myself.
