based on a set formula.

for example every 10 regular soldiers he kills he gets 1 win added to his professional fight record.

for every officer he gets 1
for every general he gets ten and if he offs putin (unlikely since he wont set foot in Ukraine himselsef).
he gets 100.

and some formula for planes and tanks etc.

he put his career on hold to stay and fight. So why shouldnt he get wins for kills?

Makes sense. Women get paid maternity leave when they put their careers on hold to tend to their newborns. It's practically the same thing

As long as it's confirmed kills, I'm all for it.
Seems totally fair to me.

If other fighters don't like it, they can go to Ukraine and kill Russian invaders, too.

Only if he kills them with his hands imo
