They have a crazy amount of toppings and sauces too. markconig 05/05/22 7:34:50 PM #13:	The main difference between Korean and American is the breading. Korean fried chicken uses cornstarch as its breading while American uses flour. Cornstarch makes the breading much thinner, and if you do the double fry method (cook until done, take it out to cool a bit, increase heat, and fry again to make it crispy) it will be a very thin but crispy skin. Most of the flavor comes from the sauces. American fried chicken uses flour, and probably double battered to be very thick.
