We never came across it in Australia

We were only aware of it because of the Nintendo arcade at the airport

Disney games were great back in the day, Aladdin, Lion King, Goof Troop on SNES, Tail Spin on Genesis

Yep.

Another great platformer that no one played because of the theme was the Tiny toons games (not as good as Duck Tales and Chip and Dale, though)

Haven't played that game in years, but I remember it being quite fun.

Legacy of the Wizard and Journey to Silius are other often overlooked NES games.

there are also some really good Disney/Capcom games on SNES (specifically The Magical Quest Starring Mickey Mouse and Hook, possibly others).

I feel like most people don't remember Chip 'n Dale because it mostly gets overshadowed by DuckTales in people's heads. Even at the time, nowhere near as many people were talking about it as they were DuckTales.

I feel like I remember it being a fun game, but I also don't remember ever finishing it (though I do remember finishing DuckTales). I almost certainly rented it from my local library (I used to get a ton of games that way), so I assume I just didn't have time to play it much before I had to take it back.
