Presidents are victims of their house and senate when they take office for the most part. But at the very least Id like them to be intelligent enough to mince some words in front of the world. Second most important to me, and not listed, is strategic military know how. If crap hits the fan I want a guy who can command an army to win a war and not goof things up.
