But out of the options provided, Caesar and Pompey challenged each other the most and had the best rivalry.

Then Lee and Grant had a spectacular even fight for a bit.

Then the rest are all good, but not quite as good of rivalries as those two pairs.

Most of my knowledge of that comes from Romance of the Three Kingdoms adaptations and from what I hear a lot of things didn't really happen the way RotTK claimed but when we've also got Leonidas vs. Xerxes as a choice just because they were fun in 300 it's probably not worth sweating.

Scipio came in at the end and defeated Hannibal but they didnt have a rivalry in the traditional sense. Hannibal stomped everyone and finally was routed by Scipio. Wasnt really a back and forth there.
