I'm getting major FOMO over having graduated

This summer, the government is offering country-wide public transport tickets for 9 a month, for the next three months.

If I hadn't graduated, I'd have had a steady stream of studentbux, possibly a student job for even more income and enough time to make full use of the offer and basically tour the country, as many people are doing

Instead, I'm stuck at home looking for a job and don't have enough money to make use of the offer, and if I do get a job I'll have money but no time to make use of the offer

I find myself slipping back into similar thought patterns as I had during my thesis (and when I was diagnosed with depression) and I'm not sure what to do about it. Ideally I'd go back to the same doctor, but last time he prescribed me therapy and meds. I took the meds, but gave up on finding a therapy place and I'm ashamed to face him again
