I did but I had played the superior genesis version so I didn't stick with it.

i still have the old Jurassic Park SNES game. Id love to hook up my Retro Duo console to play the game but i have an older Vizio tv where id need one of those RCA HDMI adapter thingies

I played it a good bit, but never got far since I didn't really know what I was doing as a kid. Those parts where you go inside and it went all FPS blew my young mind.

I liked it, but i had no idea what the hell i was doing. Those 3d 'inside' parts were pixelated to hell and back looking back at it.

Still a fun game though.

I liked the NES game and the Genesis game. The SNES one was... not my favorite.

I played part 2, which was awesome! It was hard as fuck, but the music and level backgrounds were so cool

I didn't own it, so I don't think so. Its possible I rented it.

Yeah, seeing cartoon quality animation and voice acting in the intro fucking blew my mind as a kid. You don't see that often in a SNES game.

I think so. IIRC, the Genesis version let you play as the dinosaurs for certain parts.

i just recently watched a play through of it and there was no fucking way as a kid i would have finished it lol.

the FPS parts were definitely the best.

Grueling as balls because it's a speed run game.

Yep, I played that game a lot but only finished it once. That raptor den at the end is so tedious to get around in, but overall I have fond memories of the game as a whole. The overworld music gives me instant nostalgia

Quite a bit actually.

While SNES was top-down with FPS sequences, Genesis was a side-scrolling platformer while giving you two scenarios where you played as either Grant or a raptor.

i remember renting Jurassic Park 2 videogame for my Super Nintendo back then. It was weird in my opinion. playing as a raptor was different but you died easily as a raptor

SNES game was a lot of fun. Especially nice to play an overhead game that's not an RPG.

Played the first JP game and JP 2 The Chaos Continues a lot as a child on my SNES. Still have them along with the rest of my SNES collection.

Yeah, it was a decent little game. It's got nothing on the Genesis game though.
