It's been wonderful watching Heard's house of cards come tumbling down, layer by layer, and some of the memes have been fun. I seriously hope justice is properly served, here. But seriously. The point has been proven, and at this point, anyone who doesn't see the truth about her is never going to, no matter what happens; and as far as her career goes, if she hasn't been fired/blacklisted by now, she's never going to be.

At this point, it's just taking up space on news feeds.

Nah, this was today. About ecstasy, and now theyre going over the pictures of the bottle that injured his hand, and you can tell hes had enough of this trial.

Elaine constantly throwing the fame card was annoying, especially with that last witness. If the woman actually cared about that she would have presented herself better. Woman genuinely looked like she just wanted to get it over with lol.

Not sure how many people are gonna buy the "someone must have texted that from my phone" thing. And the black-eye/lighting thing from the train had him scrambling for an excuse like Heard.

Are we reaching a verdict tomorrow? What's this about the deliberation lasting until Tuesday next week?

It's funny because, despite how bad she has looked in this trial, she was still likely to win the case since it was about defamation and she could hide behind the fact he wasn't named in it. But she might have just thrown this case hard by admitting it.

I feel like I remember hearing her admit this a while back too. But I think what they need is for her to admit she wrote it about Johnny personally in order to defame him and hurt his career.

Don't think she's admitted all that out loud, even though it can be clearly pieced together from everything else they've brought into evidence.

I think there's been like 4~5 different accounts of how it happened by this point. How Johnny claimed it happened, how Johnny also claimed it happened to other people through texts, how Amber's claimed it, and two different accounts from two of Amber's witnesses.

I dunno if there's any way to actually figure it out without just taking someone at their word (or acquiring the power of mind reading), but everyone's trust-worthiness has been brought into question by this point so it's probably just going to rendered moot and the jury will base things off the other evidence. Amber's lied about a lot, so I doubt they'll take her claims about Johnny's finger too seriously.

But yeah, in the end, I doubt Johnny's gonna win this case since it's not about proving who abused who. Been saying that for weeks. That said, Amber's name's been driven through the mud by this point and I doubt her reputation's gonna recover anytime soon, so Johnny might see that as a consolation prize.
