Scyther sliced through the competition, its only real competition being a Zigzagoon who picked up some stuffed votes. Vulpix exits the competition with two consecutive runner-up finishes, ouch!

It's Koffing or Cutiefly and there are no other choices.

I think Koffing, but again I like almost all of these (not so much the goat though)

Wooper is my favorite Pokemon, Cubone is great, Koffing is pretty good, and the rest are whatever.

Have to give it to my HM-Slave Wooper in Soul-Silver. The Eevee sisters really surprised me and my lv 6 Wooper was the only pokemon left when I faced the Jolteon sister. But Wooper is a Water-Ground type, so the Jolteon couldnt hurt him. Which gave me a chance to use items on my real team and I beat the Eevee sisters on my first try all thx to a lv 6 Wooper.

Later I evolved the very same Wooper to a Quagsire and it defeated Reds Pikachu. By far my favourite Gen 2 Pokemon.
