Yes. It looks like it has been delayed to start between 10:30am - 10:45am eastern because one of the people set to testify had a family emergency.

So essentially, there were people inside Trump's campaign team that knew they had lost the election early on, but Trump, Giuliani, and Sidney Powell and their related teams seemed to be the main ones driving the claims of widespread fraud.

The people who were realistic called dubbed themselves "team normal" while Giuliani, Powell, and Trump went on the air with ridiculous conspiracy theories.

Jared Kushner says he warned Trump against going along with Rudy Giuliani's plans.

Ah, the subject of the Dominion lawsuit and Sidney Powell's "no reasonable person would believe the statements I made were statements of fact" was referenced. I hope they keep using this stuff.

Team Normal was probably relieved that he lost so they didn't have to keep putting up with his bullshit for another four years and then he went along and pulled even more bullshit

Bill Barr repeatedly told Trump that there was no evidence to support his fraud claims and wasn't sure how long Trump was going to carry on with it. Barr explained to Trump that the campaign team needed to raise concerns directly with the state, and that the DoJ is not an extension of his legal team. Barr referenced Trump going on Fox News and saying the DoJ was "missing in action."

In response to Trump's claims of voter fraud in Detroit, Barr explained to Trump that there are ~630 precincts in Detroit. Detroit centralizes its counting process instead of doing separate counts in each process. So, the normal process of how Detroit does their elections is having many boxes of ballots driven to a central location.

Barr repeatedly refers to Trump's fraud claims as "nonsense," "bullshit," etc.

Bill Barr received a copy of some report made by Allied Security Operations Group that claimed Dominion's voting machines were designed to commit fraud. Barr said the report was "very amateurish," and the statements in the report were made in a very conclusory manner without any supporting evidence.

Barr also had the Georgia Bureau of Investigations review it and the GBI was also unimpressed with the report.

Barr currently shitting on the "2000 Mules" bullshit from Dinesh. lol

Jeffrey Rosen also told Trump that the "stuff he heard," or the "stuff he saw on television" about fraud claims were based on bad information.

Jeffrey Lyons and Alex Cannon, both members of the white house counsel tried to explain to Trump that his fraud claims were not valid. Trump would essentially "accept" their answer and then move on to another claim in the mountain of allegations he "heard" or "saw" somewhere.

Richard Donoghue told Trump directly that his allegations of fraud are not supported by evidence.

• "Indians are getting paid to vote"
• "Dead people are voting"
• "Suitcase of votes being wheeled out from under the table in Georgia" was actually just a wheeled bin of votes that they use to move ballots around the facility. Donoghue directly told Trump that there was nothing suspicious about that.

Thanks for the updates. My friend said that apparently Rudy Giuliani came up with these election fraud allegations while he was completely drunk. Is that true?

I can't remember who it was right now, but someone on a video deposition shown during today's hearing said Giuliani appeared to be drunk on election night when he advised Trump to go out and say he won.

The just of it, from what I've heard, is that they got cell phone location data and then concluded that if someone was around ballot boxes multiple times a day, then that means they were muling fraudulent ballots.

BJay Pak, former U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia, thoroughly investigated the claims of voter fraud in Georgia under Bill Barr's DoJ. He is testifying now.

BJay Pak found that the "suitcase full of ballots" was actually an official lock box where ballots were kept safe. There was a misunderstanding about whether they were done counting ballots for the night or not and some ballot counters were sent home. The secretary of state called the counters back to finish counting, so they pulled the ballots out from the lock box.

Giuliani only showed the clip of them pulling the ballots out from under the table and claimed that was a smoking gun. The entire video showed that it was an official ballot box that was kept underneath the table. Witnesses were interviewed and Giuliani's claim was proven false.

BJay Pak's conclusion is that there was absolutely no evidence to support Trump's and Giuliani's claims of widespread voter fraud in Georgia.

There's a polling place right across the street from me at a park where I take my dog out on a walk so he can use the bathroom. I guess I'm a criminal co-conspirator now.

Bill Barr addressed in a recorded deposition the claim that "more people voted in Philadelphia than there were voters." Barr calls the allegation complete rubbish. Barr said the number of voters was in line with the state's count of registered voters.

Al Schmidt, former Philadelphia City Commissioner, on Giuliani's claim that "8,000 dead people voted in Pennsylvania": "Not only was there not evidence of 8,000 dead people voting in Pennsylvania, there was not evidence of 8."

Actual text messages containing threats to Al Scmidt and his family after Trump (I believe) tweeted him by name are being shown.

Benjamin Ginsberg, a prominent election attorney who has regularly represented Republican election complaints in court is testifying.

Ginsburg said "the Trump campaign was bringing cases without actual evidence. The Trump campaign did not make its case." Ginsburg called the Cyberninjas case in Arizona "somewhat farcical."

It's good to see these dumb ass claims of widespread voter fraud ripped to shreds in simple terms.

Oooh, they included a video on the record detailing Trump campaign's efforts to raise over $100,000,000 off of these lies.

The Trump campaign said in many of these emails to prospective donors that there was an "Election Defense Fund" that didn't actually exist.

It was a fucking joke and an absolute embarrassment.

So can Trump, Gulliani be accused of anything at all? Fraud at least? Their lies had a heavy democratic cost on top of of the money it took for this investigation. At the VERY LEAST they should be fined.

There's got to at least be something to the Trump campaign raising $250 million dollars based on a non-existent "election defense fund." The committee is apparently planning to turn over all evidence and testimony to the DoJ in September, so we'll see if something comes from that.
