Who has the harder assignment in front of them to meet someone?

Simple question.

Any look at the statistics would show the heavy woman receiving more attention than the short man.

You're expected to list your height on the profile. For whatever reason weight doesn't need to be there.

even the ugly obese girls will find takers. I know this from experience.

But to answer the question, short men certainly have a harder time getting dates. But I know overweight women can sometimes have a hard time getting a healthy relationship.

I've said it before, women in general get far more matches online than men do. 99 percent of them are scum, but the odds are placed in their favor. Males are shown a smaller group of women as that's how online dating works. Many sites tend to show less women as the days move forward.

Then you have to remember that the ratio of messages is tipped heavily to the one side. For every 1000 messages a woman can get, men might get 1 message every couple weeks, and if they are sending messages it is very difficult to stand out in the 1000 messages received by a female.

That said, my ex-roommate was really good at it, and he was 5'4, 300 lbs. He'd pull a new woman in every week.

There are also sites like Bumble which forces women to text first, still isn't perfect, but its a step in the right direction.

To answer the question, males in general have a harder time connecting, but women experience more crap online.

Overweight females have thirsty guys coming after them. Some guys just want to stick it in a warm hole, dont care what she looks like. Nobody trying for a short guy.
