Solar_Crimson 07/27/22 12:35:00 PM #9:	The only spot where FRLG falls short is that it gives Giovanni a second Rhyhorn instead of a Rhydon as his ace. Also, Red/Blue has the Missingno glitch which mitigates the one-use TMs issue. They had removed the debug tools, and Morimoto found that they had just enough space for one more Pokemon, so he programmed Mew into the game, but without said debug tools, he couldn't bug test it. Meaning that things could have been extremely bad if Mew's inclusion bugged out the rest of the game (well, more than it already is). Luckily, things worked out well. Unfortunately, I believe it is one-way, because it uses PokeTransporter to move the Pokemon from the VC games to Bank, and that's a one-way transfer because it also converts the Pokemon to Gen 7 data. FireRed has Arcanine and Nidoran M is more common, but LeafGreen has Slowbro and Starmie, so its a tossup.
