how do you even find anything you're working on

i hit 5 or 6 and i start closing shit.

Yeah I work on a few things at the same time, sorted from right to left in terms of "what i want done first." The MOMENT that's done I close all tabs related to that task. No idea how people can make that number so high, I max out at like 10.

I have 10 right now. I could close out 5 of them without issue.

My wife does this. She won't bookmark anything ever. She just leaves tabs open for every single thing. Even instead of liking porn videos so they go in her list she'll just leave tabs open everywhere.

Yeah I have at most 10 tabs when I work and that's only for websites I used very often. Otherwise I just simply bookmark the websites I visit every so often for work.

I usually hover around 12.

i had a teacher (i do it for a school) come up to me and ask me to fix something. i told her i need to restart. when chrome relaunched, all her tabs where closed.

Think the most I've ever had was 18 or something. I just had a bunch of Youtube vids lined up that I wanted to watch that day. Lots of new uploads from channels I watch.

I'm at 19 tabs right now. 8 tabs are for manga.

After 3 tabs, I can't stand it. Opening more tabs after that point makes me feel dirty.

Yeah, after about 6 I look for what I don't need anymore to close it out.

Ctrl+Shift+T will reopen the last closed tab/window.

If Windows force updates/restarts me thats how i get my tabs back

I don't understand people who have over 30 tabs open when their system is a potato with shit internet.

I tend to open a bunch of tabs with forum topics or videos and work my way through them, closing them when I'm done with them. I don't usually have 30 open though, its usually more like 10-20.

most of my tabs are youtube videos, though.

Music or interesting videos for later

Don't like the watch later feature. I don't want to just burn through a playlist

In my field, *IT Director* I normally have at least 8 to 10 tabs open at once.

I have 20 tabs on chrome on my phone. Because they are persistent, they are more like bookmarks as I only have 2-3 active tabs that I use.

On computer though, as it gets over 8 tabs, I find it too messy and will usually clean it up. And I didn't set the tabs to persist after each time I close and reopen Firefox.

I love opening a new tab and closing the old one and typing in the next website or Google search I'll be doing, instead of just clicking the address/search bar of the already open tab.

I used to talk to this girl last year. She would have 100s of tabs opened at once. I was just like wtf why. I forget what her reasoning was.

I only open that many if I'm going on a related video adventure on a porn site and see related videos I'm interested in for later. But after I'm done deeding, I usually just end up closing everything anyway unless it looked like a really good video and I want to save it >_>
