More interested in the overall tone and if its friendly for an 11 year old. Nephew and niece want to watch it with me this weekend, it looks okay but you never know.

Also want to know if its tolerable for an adult or if I should plan on playing Switch or something. I've seen it described as Stranger Things lite, without much horror.

If you mean Paper Girls, yeah it's not gory or super violent. People do get killed, though. A decent amount of swearing, too, if that matters to you. It's a time travel show that focuses a lot more on the characters than the time travel.

I enjoyed it.

Yeah the Hulu one, my bad on the wrong title. Swearing isn't much of a concern, more gore/scare level.
