I don't do physical labor and avoid even lifting if I can help it. No things that build calluses like instruments or sports involving your hands. No push ups or weight training with anything besides my legs. Staying out of the sun is huge for skin health in general, I would rather overheat from layers than have my skin burn from sun exposure.

I gently wash my hands often to keep anything oily, sticky, or greasy from sticking around on it for long since that feeling grosses me out and also dries out or damages your skin as it soaks in/ sits there. I don't really use lotion or any specific product for my hands, I do apply aloe to certain parts of my body as part of getting electrolysis so that helps some though I do rinse most of the excess off. Oh, and good genes help a lot, I'd wager I have that to help out.

I mean the main three things are
1) don't do things that hurt your skin like hard work or being in the sun
2) wash your hands after eating and the like so they're not all gross and greasy (doorknobs are super huge vectors for germs btw they're so nasty)

I dont hate you, I have social anxiety i haven't hung out with anyone irl since like Feb 2019. Honestly if a larger scale ce meetup happened here, id feel more comfortable trying to go. One on one interactions are scary and I never know what to talk about and I can't escape unnoticed

Aww. For what it's worth, I'm just fine sitting in silence as we play a board game or whatever. And as it would be platonic and not romantic in nature, I could keep the conversations going more readily than not.
