5 or 6 is on staff a shift when it looks they they need 12.

The cashier will take my order and go back and help with the preparing while other customers wait to give their order.

Same with the drive through.

2/3 of the places I've been in the last few years anyway.

I remember in the mid 2000s giving a order and stepping to the side and the cashier would be taking the next persons order.

Those days are gone.

I went to chic fil a once. The staff was extremely rude to me and the food was just ok. I don't get the hype at all.
