Because the half inning is over after the 3rd out is accumulated. Theres no use having a 3rd light. ... Copied to Clipboard!

because those "dots" as you call them are actually periods, and baseball does not have three periods. You may be confusing it with hockey...(or should I say ..) --- Always check timestamps... ... Copied to Clipboard!
