"toxic" is just a trendy way of saying "unhealthy" and nobody on the Internet cares about not exhibiting it because it only applies to other people.

When replying to people that I disagree with I will re-read my post before sending it through. Reword things that are unnecessarily rude or insulting. Or if after re-reading it I realize that I'm just trying to insult this person instead of actually talking to them I will delete the post and just drop it. Most of them time, not always though.
