Reminds me of that SVU episode where this guy ends up dating a woman in her 20's but looks perpetually like a child. Stunted growth or some kind of medical thing. But mentally she was still her age and everything. And her storyline was about how impossible it was for her to date people.

And Stabler tried to beat the shit out of him at the end of the episode and Benson was like "I know it's wrong but there's nothing we can do" and then the credits roll.

I'm probably missing major plot points but that's kind of what I remember from it.

A quick Google search will tell you Steve is 6'4" and this is what a ft height gap looks like, so she's prob 5'4", which isn't even particularly short for girl standards. I'm 6'3" and 5'4" is prob the avg height for girls I date too and this is about what it looks like when we take pics together and they don't wear heels.

Those statistics does not take into account couples that have failed that were the same age or never married. The failure of marriage even among the same age is very close to 50% as well
