Like, i think it's just weird to not acknowledge that there is a certain skill set to being a manager that not everyone has. Ability to manage people and their tasks. Finances. Hell, just being able to be given relevant bits of information from those who work for you and come up with s decision is an ability that I think is underrated. Ive always assumed it led them to make quicker decisions since they dont have to consider much besides their gut. This trait for whatever reason appears to some to be leadership.
