How many of them do you like?

The Adventure games were okay at the time, but as time goes on the less I enjoy them.

The rest that I've played have varied from "meh" to dreadful.

I still have enough goodwill from the Mega Drive era (and Mania) to be excited each time one is announced, though, annoyingly. Like, deep down I know I probably won't like Frontiers very much but I just know that I'll end up getting it before the year is out.

heroes and sonic adventure 1 and 2

Just the Adventure games. I can't remember much about Sonic Heroes, but definitely didn't like it as much as the adventure games. Didn't like any of the other games like Generations or whatever. Tried Forces briefly but meh. I hate the boost gameplay. Just give me Sonic Adventure 3 in the same style as 1. Or 2.

Forces is absolute garbage

I think that's all the 3d ones I played. Colors and Generations look like they're all the shit I hate about Forces, so idk why people like them. Swapping between stupid boost gameplay and slippery 2d segments isn't fun.

Sonic Adventure 1 & 2

Generations is the only one that's even remotely serviceable then you get to a boss fight and it all kinda falls apart

That's because forces is the weakest one compared to unleashed, generations and colors It doesn't have drifting, the length of the levels was it's issue, and sonic controls worse in it. If it makes you feel better most of the levels in colors is mostly 2D segments anyway.

To each own if you didn't like it. I find colors generations and unleash gameplay fun.

Forgot about that game lmao. Could never beat it a a kid although I think I made it to the final boss. Hated that there was no save function.

No, because there is constant unfairness and disrespect. I have to preserve my mental health.

they're generally pretty mediocre but only a few of them are downright terrible

sa2 is really boring and basically made everything interesting about sa1 pretty bland and sterile. sa1 isn't even a good game but it's at least interesting, but sa2 just manages to be super boring and has the most boring visuals and reuses assets and level design pieces all the time and across various levels

heroes is mediocre but kinda sorta somewhat fun at times, but once you've gone through team sonic there is no real reason to do anything else. the game has basically no content and the different teams don't meaningfully add to the experience

shadow is pretty bad with an embarrassing aesthetic but it has some levels that are kind of okay. the gun play is really damn mindless and a lot of the missions are pretty bad

the rest kind of just suck outright except for colors (which is just really boring) and generations (which is average enough). some real bad ones like secret rings and 06 and boom. people like to make forces out to be the worst thing ever but it's just another really boring game

Loved the Adventure games a lot, Unleashed was fun, and I really liked Generations.
