Luckily yelling and cussing at them to "get the fuck outta here" or "go the fuck home now" has worked every time. But who knows if I wasn't doing the strategic thing. I own a Pit, but he doesn't show any signs of aggression or interest in people while outside. He just wants to look around and will ignore people. Plus, I don't allow him to be in a yard with no chain at 1am or behind a fence with a missing boardhe can jump out, like some these fuckin dipshits. I do think we need more severe punishment for owners. Id hate to see the nice dogs go to the pound and tten eventually be put down just cause they get out and scare someone accidentally tho. These fuckin owners tho. I don't really know how to handle them. Even owning a Pit myself, it's fuckin scary to be confronted by other dogs. I can act dominant and scare them away, but in my head is intense anxiety that it might be a dog that was taught aggression. And they just happen to be Pits, since it's the most popular dog, especially for neglectful people. So, I get confronted by neglected Pits and also have to put up with people telling me my best bud should be put down because those types are out here. I just get fucked on all sides of this :/. Tbf, I have no idea if those dogs were ever gonna attack anyone.
