It was flash game made by Atlus to promote Persona 4 before it came out. You play as Yu in the hot springs and your goal is to time mouse clicks to the music to peek through a hole in the fence and see Chie naked through a tiny peephole. Sometimes Yukiko shows up too. Unfortunately the game was archived wrong and is unplayable today, causing you to fail instantly if you try to play it.

Yes, this is 100% real >_> and if you rip the assets, there is an official nude render of Chie in it lol (though there is no nipples on it though unfortunately)

I also want to note that Yukiko's asset in that flash game is not naked. She's in a towel unfortunately. The same portrait that's in the game
