I mean, if we humans can, why wouldnt angels/demons be able to and why dont they take advantage of that?

For the record I am an atheist but spent the first 20some years of my life as a southern baptist. I ask more bc I like to study religions of all kind, and I just never thought of this scenario before. Honest answers, no gotcha.

I get that he lied about saving the world from Cell, but didnt he make up for it by actually helping defeat Buu? Hes mostly a joke character anyway, I wouldnt worry about him too much.

It all depends on which Abrahamic doctrine you look at the issue from. The answer ranges from "He could be forgiven, but he's too proud" to "He's just doing his job that he was created for."

From a Satanist perspective, he's done nothing wrong in the first place.
